Cannabis leaf

Sound familiar?

The weed on shelves today is many times stronger than it was a decade ago. Plenty of people who never planned on quitting find themselves needing to, for all kinds of reasons.

A job needs you THC-free

Pre-employment screens don't care how long ago your last session was. You need to know exactly how many days you have, and what to do with them.

Cold turkey isn't an option

If you can't sleep or eat without it, stopping overnight is miserable and rarely sticks. A taper plan cuts withdrawal down to something you can live with.

You want a clear head

No test, no crisis, just a sense that it's running you rather than the other way round. A break with a real end date is easier to commit to than "quitting".

How it works

1
Take the quiz

Eight questions about how much and how long you've used, plus your build and any deadline. Two minutes, no account.

2
Get your plan

We estimate whether you're a light, heavy or chronic user, how many days you need, and map out a taper timeline to your clean date.

3
Know what's coming

Each stop on your timeline says what to expect that week, and the guides cover the rest: withdrawal, sleep, and how testing actually works.

Straight answers, no sales pitch

Common questions

It depends on how often you use, how long you've used, and your body fat. THC is stored in fat and released slowly, so occasional users often test clean within days while daily users can take several weeks. The quiz gives you an estimate based on your own answers; at-home test strips tell you where you actually are.
Stopping abruptly after heavy use usually means a week or two of poor sleep, irritability and no appetite. That's when most people give up. Cutting down over a few days first makes the drop-off smaller, and the plan gives you a fixed last-session date so the taper doesn't drift.
Not the way the labels suggest. No commercial detox product has been shown to reliably speed up how fast THC leaves your body, and none of them can make a daily user clean in three days. What clears THC is stopping and time. Drinking a lot of water right before a test mostly produces a dilute sample, which labs flag. If you have a date to hit, the honest answer is to stop today and check where you actually are with at-home strips.
No. Your results page is built from the answers in the link itself, so you can bookmark or share it, and nothing is saved on our side.
